Fresh peaches, mint, and lemon come together with Jameson Irish Whiskey, lemonade, and peach schnapps to create a sweet but light cocktail.

Ingredients

Ice
1/2 small peach, thinly sliced (about 6 slices)
1 thinly sliced lemon round
4 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
1 part peach schnapps
1 1/2 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 parts lemonade

Steps:

Fill a rocks glass with ice and peach slices, alternating between the two to create a layered look. Wedge lemon round between glass and ice.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and peach schnapps. Fill shaker with ice. Add Jameson Irish Whiskey and lemonade and vigorously shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

1 ounce* peach schnapps
1 ounce white rum
2 ounces orange juice (fresh squeezed, or store-bought no sugar added juice)
1 ounces cranberry juice
Ice, for serving (try clear ice!)
For the garnish: fresh peach slice, mint sprig (optional)

Steps:

Add the peach schnapps, rum, and orange juice to an ice filled highball and stir. Gently pour the cranberry juice into the center.
Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, place cereal and pecans.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter, brown sugar and corn syrup uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is boiling; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes, stirring after every minute. Toss in peaches.
Spread on waxed paper. Cool 5 minutes. Store loosely covered.

2 ounces vodka (Skyy recommended)
1 ounce peach liqueur
1/2 cup peach slices (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup red raspberries (fresh or frozen)
of fresh mint, to garnish

Steps:

Combine the vodka, peach liqueur, peaches, and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the raspberries and blend briefly, until berries are broken but not completely blended in to the drink.
Pour into two balloon glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
