Funyuns Sliders Recipe - A fabulous cheesy beef slider recipe with a boost of flavor from crushed Funyuns! These little sandwiches make tasty party snacks.

- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce together until smooth. Cut the rolls open for sandwiches. Then cut the cheese slices into 4 squares, 20 total. Remove 30 Funyuns from the bag and set aside. Crush the remaining Funyuns, in the bag, into crumbs. You should have about 1 1/2 cups Funyuns crumbs.
- Preheat a griddle (or grill) to medium heat, between 375-400 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, shredded cheese, Funyuns crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper. Mix well. Then use a 3 tablspoon cookie scoop to portion out 20 balls. Flatten the balls into patties, 1/2-inch thick.
- If using a griddle, butter the griddle and toast the interior of the rolls for 30-60 seconds, until golden. Remove the rolls. Then butter the griddle again and add the slider patties. Cook the patties for 3 minutes. Then flip, add a small cheese slice to each patty, and continue cooking another 3 minutes. *If using a grill, skip the butter for both the rolls and the patties.
- Meanwhile, place a small dollop of barbecue mayo to the bottom portion of each roll. As the cooked patties come off the griddle, place a patty of each roll and top with another Funyun and a sweet pickle. Then cover the sliders with the roll tops. Serve warm.

FUNYUN AND SWISS SANDWICH
A had this a lot during my pregnancy but an unpregnant co-worker soon fell under it's spell & ate them with me. Very delicious, addicting & easy. You've just got to try it. Connoisseur's & picky eater's beware! What you see is what you get...pure bliss :)

Steps:
- You may try & toast bread if preferred but I always had it with a bun untoasted & warmed in the microwave.
- Place slice of swiss cheese on bread, then desired number of funyuns (make sure enough to cover cheese)then top with 2nd slice of cheese.
- You can either microwave sandwich until cheese melts or place in oven/toaster oven until cheese melts.
- Slice & Enjoy!

- Spread 1 tablespoon butter on each piece of baguette. Divide ham and cheese among bottom halves of bread. Sandwich with top halves. Serve with mustard and cornichons.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, stir together the red onion, thyme, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread some of this mixture onto one side of each slice of bread. Spread butter onto the other side of the slices of bread.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place 4 slices of the bread into the skillet with the butter side down. On each slice of bread, layer 1/4 of the sliced turkey, then 2 slices of tomato, and top with 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Place remaining slices of bread over the top with the butter side up. When the bottoms of the sandwiches are golden brown, flip over, and cook until golden on the other side.

CHICKEN FUNYUN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cover bottom of non-stick skillet with oil and heat. Add chunked chicken and seasonings (I prefer seasoned salt, garlic salt & lemon pepper). Cook till chicken is done (about 8-10 minutes).
- Cover bottom of casserole dish evenly with 1/2 of the cooked rice then add 1/2 of the cooked and seasoned chicken. Pour 1/2 of the chicken/mushroom soup evenly over the rice and chicken. Repeat the before instructions.
- Cook in oven on about 300°F till soup is hot (about 5-10 minutes). Take out and let cool for a few minutes. Cover evenly with crushed Funyuns right before serving. ENJOY!
