FULL MOON

Steps:

• Put the hot water, orange liqueur, almond liqueur, honey and lemon juice in a glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge and some blueberries.

HOT FUDGE SUNDAES

Steps:

• In a heavy saucepan over medium low heat melt the chocolate and the coffee; once melted remove pan from heat and stir in the butter, cream, and cinnamon.
• Scoop ice cream into serving dishes top with sauce and toppings of you choice

FIGGY SUNDAES

Steps:

• Toast nuts over low heat in a small pan. Warm the chocolate hazelnut spread in the microwave on high until it has the consistency of hot fudge sauce, 40 seconds to 1 minute. In sundae cups or small bowls, layer ice cream with sliced cookies, toasted nuts, and chocolate hazelnut sauce. Garnish with a twist of whipped cream from a canister.

NEAPOLITAN SUNDAES

Steps:

• In a small pot, combine split and scraped vanilla bean, sliced berries, sugar and liqueur or syrup. Place over low heat and let berries warm gently. In about 15 to 20 minutes, a thick sauce will form.
• Scoop a big scoop of each flavor of ice cream into dishes. Pull vanilla bean out of sauce and pour the sauce over ice cream. Top ice cream with whipped cream and nuts and serve.

S'MORES SUNDAES

Steps:

• Place crushed grahams in the bottom of dessert bowls or sundae dishes. Top with rocky road ice cream, 2 big scoops for each dessert. Heat hot fudge in microwave and pour over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.

FULL MOON SUNDAES

Steps:

• Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave or in a small sauce pot over LOW heat.
• For each sundae, layer some hot fudge, 1 scoop ice cream, Moon Pie pieces, a second scoop of ice cream, more hot fudge and top with whipped cream.
