1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Shaker
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 chicken breasts
6 tablespoons panko crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

6 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 broiler/fryer chickens (3-1/2 to 4 pounds each), cut up
Oil for deep-fat frying

Steps:

  • In a large shallow dish, combine 2-2/3 cups flour and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker. In another shallow dish, beat eggs and 1-1/2 cups water; add 1 teaspoon salt and the remaining 1-1/3 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in the flour mixture, a few pieces at a time. Turn to coat., In a deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Working in batches, fry chicken, several pieces at a time, until golden brown and a thermometer inserted into chicken reads 165°, 7-8 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
2 cup panko bread crumbs
⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes, (optional)
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes on plate.
  • Dip chicken in ranch (or marinate overnight) and then coat in bread crumbs. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese (if desired) and spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.

½ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (such as Mrs. Dash® garlic and herb)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup spicy ranch dressing, or to taste
½ cup buttermilk ranch dressing, or to taste
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
¼ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine Italian bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Combine spicy ranch dressing and buttermilk ranch dressing in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into dressing until both sides are coated, then coat in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between pieces. Lightly drizzle chicken with melted butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 30 to 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

1 cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pats, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Mix crushed crackers, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a resealable 1-quart storage bag.

3 - 4 boneless chicken breasts (mine were LARGE, so 3 was plenty cut up into strips)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups Panko bread crumbs or Seasoned Italian Breadcrumbs
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 cup ranch dressing (I made my own, but you could used bottled as well)
Oil for cooking
4 slices toasted bread
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Pour oil to cover the bottom of your skillet and set on medium-high heat. Pour some ranch dressing on a plate (or in a bowl). Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in the dressing and then coat in the bread crumbs, and place in pre-heated skillet. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until no longer pink in the middle. Make your own Seasoned Italian Breadcrumbs: In a blender. dump all the seasonings on top of the quartered toast pieces and BLEND! Do not over blend.

1 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Rinse chicken breasts and set aside. Put your flour on a plate. Put your ranch dressing on a plate.
  • Coat both sides of chicken breasts with the ranch dressing, and then sprinkle Kraft Parmesan Cheese all over the chicken breasts. Next, coat the breasts with flour. You can mix parmesan and flour together optional.
  • Melt your butter in a frying pan enough to coat the pan. Cook each breast about five minutes on medium-high heat both sides. Once you have done that, continue flipping till middle is completely white!

Steps:

  • Pour olive oil into skillet and heat over medium heat.
  • Beat eggs lightly in a medium bowl.
