Fried Ham Cubes Cheese Dipping Sauce Recipes

FRIED HAM CUBES

Steps:

• In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese and parsley. Dip ham cubes in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. , In an electric skillet, heat 1/4 in. of oil to 375°. Fry ham cubes, a few at a time, for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels., In a small saucepan, heat cheese and milk over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the heat; stir in salsa. Serve with ham cubes.

DEEP-FRIED CHEESE BITES

Steps:

• Place 1/4 cup flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add cheese curds, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. , In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk beer and remaining flour. Dip cheese curds, a few at a time, into batter and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

BREADED CHEDDAR CUBES

Steps:

• In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°. Meanwhile, whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds and salt. Dip cheese in eggs, then roll in crumb mixture to coat all sides, patting to help coating adhere., Fry cheese, a few at a time, 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
