Time 30m

Yield 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 piece (8 inches long) French bread (about 1/3 of 14-oz. baguette)
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. pesto
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 plum tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut in half
8 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
16 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Use serrated knife to make 17 vertical cuts into top of bread, making cuts about 1/2 inch apart and being careful to not cut through to bottom of bread piece. (You will end up with 16 bread slices to make a total of 8 sandwiches.)
  • Mix mayo and pesto until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture for later use. Spread remaining mayo mixture evenly between every 2 slices of bread to coat insides of sandwiches, then fill sandwiches with spinach, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and turkey.
  • Spread reserved mayo mixture over tops of sandwiches. Wrap in foil.
  • Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

Time 50m

Yield 12 sandwiches

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
10 slices bacon
1 12-pack pull-apart dinner rolls
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
4 slices provolone cheese
3 slices muenster cheese

  • Preheat the broiler. Heat the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel?lined plate to drain, then crumble into small pieces.
  • Split the whole pack of attached dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place the top and bottom halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush with all but 1 tablespoon of the melted butter and broil until toasted, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove the top bread piece from the baking sheet. Flip the bottom piece and continue to broil until toasted on the other side, 1 to 2 more minutes. Remove from the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
  • Turn the bottom bread piece cut-side up and sprinkle with the bacon. Top with the chopped tomato, then shingle the provolone and muenster on top, alternating the two. Cover with the top bread piece, then brush the roll tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
