Fiber One Butterscotch Haystacks Recipes

FIBER ONE CHOCOLATE HAYSTACKS

Steps:

• Melt 1 bag of good semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave in a large bowl on high for about 2 minutes or until melted (stirring occasionally).
• Once melted, mix in 1 sleeve of Fiber One cereal (8.1 oz). Once well blended, use a tablespoon to scoop out rounded cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate until set (about 1/2 hour). Can freeze portions until ready to eat.

FIBER ONE BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS

Steps:

• In microwave safe bowl heat butterscotch chips in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour in 1 pouch of Fiber One cereal original (2 pouches per box). Stir until well combined. Drop by spoonful onto parchment paper and let sit until hardened, about 20 minutes.

HOLIDAY BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS

Steps:

• In a large bowl, melt butterscotch chips in the microwave.
• Mix in the peanut butter.
• Add the marshmallows and the noodles.
• Stir to coat noodles.
• Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
• Allow to set up (takes an hour or so at room temperature).
• Best kept covered in refrigerator (if you have any left!).

BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS

Steps:

• Melt chips and peanut butter in microwave (about 2 minutes in mine, stir halfway through).
• Stir in chow mein noodles and drop onto wax paper (a heaping tablespoon per haystack).
• Enjoy!
