1 tablespoon avocado/olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 pint oysters with their liquor
1 cup brown stock
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Creole spice
1 cup Gluten Free bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 stick of butter
1/4 c olive oil
2 T lemon juice
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t cayenne
1/2 t tarragon
1/2 t oregano
2 T minced parsley
2 t minced garlic
2 T finely chopped green onions
3/4 c grated Romano cheese
30 shucked oysters

Steps:

  • Melt butter in skillet. Add oil and heat lightly. Remove from heat and add all but oysters. Place well drained oysters in au gratin dishes or casserole to fairly thin depth. Spoon sauce over. Bake at 450 for about 15 mins until browned.
