SUPER FABULOUS SPINACH SALAD
I love this Spinach Salad! It is easy to make and delicious! From a cookbook called "Six Ingredients or Less." You can leave out the ham and the cheddar cheese, if your prefer, for a lighter version!

Steps:
- Pour spinach leaves into salad bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients except salad dressing.
- Toss well.
- Add dressing just before serving and toss well.
- Garnish with tomatoe wedges (optional).
FABULOUS SPINACH SALAD [15]
Steps:
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop. Combine the spinach, mushrooms, onion, eggs and tomatoes; toss together and sprinkle with salt. Whisk together the oil and vinegar. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
