• Cover a large cookie sheet with foil. Crush all of the Oreos in a plastic bag or in a food processor until fine. Mix thoroughly with cream cheese in a large bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Melt both bags of chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and put them on the cookie sheet to harden. Refrigerate.
