4 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)
1 teaspoon salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with lemon pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chops on both sides., In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, mustard and honey until blended; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5-8 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°. , Remove chops from pan; keep warm. Bring sauce to a boil; cook until mixture is reduced to 1/4 cup, stirring occasionally. Serve with chops.

1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
1 teaspoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the marmalade, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes; set aside. , In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil on both sides over medium-high heat; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160°. Remove and keep warm. , Add marmalade mixture to the skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over pork chops.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed (or try frozen concentrate for a stronger orange flavour)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Combine orange juice, dijon, honey and cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • Season chops with lemon pepper.
  • Brown over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side.
  • Pour orange juice mixture over chops.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

6 boneless pork loin chops (8 ounces each and 3/4 inch thick)
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Dash pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Spread mustard onto both sides of pork chops; place on a greased baking sheet. Mix bread crumbs with pepper; press onto top and sides of chops. , Bake until lightly browned and a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
