This Pumpkin-Cream Cheese Spread brings the flavors of pumpkin pie to all your favorite foods-and preps in just five minutes!

1 package (8 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • In large bowl, beat ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Pour spread into serving dish.
  • Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • Serve spread with breads, crackers or apple slices. Store in refrigerator.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c pumpkin
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and syrup until creamy. Add pumpkin, spices and vanilla and beat until smooth. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • 2. It's so yummy!!

1 tbsp or honey Agave Nectar
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

  • In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and agave nectar until creamy.
  • Add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
  • Serve over bagels or bread, and enjoy!

A perfect dessert for fall potlucks, delicious pumpkin bars are made even better with cream cheese frosting.

4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup raisins, if desired
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 to 3 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, oil and pumpkin with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Stir in raisins. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and bars spring back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until smooth and spreadable. Spreading frosting over bars. Sprinkle with walnuts. For bars, cut into 7 rows by 7 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
