Cucumber Infused Gin Recipes

CUCUMBER-LEMON GIN

Steps:

• To infuse, add prepared produce to a clean 1 liter jar. Cover with liquor and store in refrigerator, shaking daily for 4 days before straining.

CUCUMBER AND LIME GIN FIZZ

Steps:

• Place the peeled cucumber slices, mint, cilantro and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the lime juice and gin. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes (this seems like a long time, but it's essential).
• Fill a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Strain the drink into the glass, top with the club soda and garnish with a cucumber slice.

CUCUMBER-INFUSED GIN-AND-GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ

Steps:

• Place cucumbers in a small pitcher. Mash with a muddling tool or a wooden spoon until cucumbers release juices and break down into small pieces. Add gin, cover, and refrigerate at least 12 hours and up to 3 days.
• Place ice in each serving glass. Pour 1 1/2 ounces cucumber-infused gin into each and top with soda. Stir once, garnish with cucumber slices, and serve immediately.

CUCUMBER-INFUSED GIN

Steps:

• Combine gin and cucumbers in a glass jar. Cover, and let steep at room temperature for at least 2 days (or up to 1 week). Strain, discarding cucumbers.
