Found this great recipe on French's site, looking for the recipe for Crunchy Onion Chicken. Made that one once, but have made this one several times now. Super easy and delicious! (Also, we get more than 4 servings out of this recipe. We've fed 5 adults with it and had leftovers.)

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (I've use reduced fat with good results)
1 1/4 cups milk (can use skim or low-fat)
2 cups French-fried onions
2 cups frozen peas and carrots (Original recipe calls for 1 cup and any veg you want)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or 2 cups turkey
2 cups curly egg noodles, cooked and drained (I measure before boiling them)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

STIR soup, milk, 1 cup French Fried Onions, vegetables, chicken, noodles and 1/2 cup cheese in a 2-qt. baking dish.
BAKE at 350°F for 30 minute or until hot. Stir.
TOP with remaining cheese and French Fried Onions. Bake 5 minute until onions are golden.

An easy, great casserole. The crunch of the french fried onions add a special taste. Serve with a salad and crusty bread.

Ingredients

2 c cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
2 c curly noodles, cooked and drained
2 c ( 4 ounce) french fried onions
1 can(s) (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/4 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c frozen vegetable of your choice (peas and carrots, corn, or broccoli cuts, thawed and drained)
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. Mix noodles with chicken, frozen vegetable , 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Add 1 cup of French Fried Onions and mix well.
2. Mix soup and milk together and add to noodle mixture. Mix well.
3. Put mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir.
4. Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions. Bake 5-10 minutes more or until onions are golden.
