Crock Pot Pork Potatoes Recipes
SLOW COOKER PORK TENDERLOIN AND POTATOES
This is so easy - just one dish to complete an entire meal. The pork and potatoes melt in your mouth! We also like to buy a seasoned tenderloin for a special meal, just follow the same directions and omit the garlic. My family loves this meal, especially my two small children.

Steps:
- Place pork in the slow cooker and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange potatoes, carrots, and bouillon cubes around pork. Add water.
- Cover and cook on Low until pork is slightly pink in the center and potatoes are tender, about 4 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Ever since I got my crock pot for Christmas, I love throwing all sorts of things in it & seeing what I can create. It always turns out delicious somehow, but this recipe really stood out!

Steps:
- Peel & chop the potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place them in the bottom of the crock pot, & put the roast on top.
- Sprinkle the pepper, thyme, sage, oregano, & saffron on top of the roast. Throw in the garlic, then mix the bullion with the water before putting it in the crock pot.
- Cook for 10 hours on low - less if you want the pork to stay together while serving/eating it (at least 7 hours).

- Combine all dry seasonings and rub onto roast.
- Use olive oil to brown the roast.
- Deglaze pan with chicken broth.
- Place potatoes, carrots, and roast into crock pot and set to low for 6 hours.
