3 boneless skinless chicken breasts ((Mine were somewhere between 2-2.5 lbs))
1 oz pkg onion soup mix
0.7 oz Package Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup chicken broth
Optional: rice, noodles, buns or wraps

Steps:

  • Place your chicken in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker
  • Pour in your broth and sprinkle seasonings on top
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
  • Shred with 2 forks and serve over rice or noodles or on buns or in a wrap

6 chicken breasts
1.4 ounces Italian dressing seasoning (2 packets)
10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
½ cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Place the chicken into the crockpot and sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken breasts.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, the cream cheese cubes, and the chicken broth
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and using shredders or forks, shred the chicken breasts before returning back to the crockpot.
  • Serve over rice or cooked noodles
  • Enjoy!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole chicken
4 medium potatoes, peeled
2 small swede, peeled and halved
1 (300 ml) bottle Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • Rub chicken all over with olive oil.
  • Place chicken in crockpot, and arrange the vegetables around it.
  • Pour Italian Dressing all over it, and cook on high for 4-6 hours.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
2 carrots, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (21 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces. Salt and flour pieces. Lightly brown in oil.
  • Place chopped vegetables in crock pot. Place chicken pieces on top.
  • Mix spaghetti sauce with water, worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder. Pour mixture over all.
  • Turn crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours. (or you may start on high for first hour and then low for 3 to 4 hours).
  • Serve over choice of pasta noodles and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup stewed tomatoes, cut up
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold water
Hot cooked pasta
Shaved Parmesan cheese, optional

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, onion, garlic and seasonings; pour over chicken. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 lbs favorite skinless chicken pieces
1 tablespoon oil
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 cup white wine or 1 cup chicken broth
4 cups zucchini, cut into slices 1/2-inch thick

Steps:

  • Mix together the garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper. Rub this mixture into the skinned chicken pieces.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken on all sides, about 2 minutes.
  • Combine chicken in crock pot with the spaghetti sauce mix, Italian seasoning, and white wine or chicken broth. Cover and cook on LO for 7 to 8 hours.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 (1 lb) can diced tomato
2 tablespoons fresh basil, cut up
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 medium zucchini, cut into 2 inch chunks

Steps:

  • Salt and pepper chicken and brown in olive oil in a skillet.

  • Saute garlic and onion in same skillet and add tomatoes and basil; stir occasionally and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add vegetables to crock pot, then pour tomato mixture over.

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Place chicken in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine the tomatoes , 3/4 cup water, onion, bouillon and seasonings; pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 170 degrees.
  • Transfer chicken to a serving platter; keep warm. Pour cooking juices into a small saucepan. Combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; stir into cooking juices. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with chicken and rice.
