Making Crock Pot cherry pie is simple with this easy recipe. Try out this slow cooker pie recipe for a sweet treat everyone will love!

2-15 oz refrigerated biscuits, separated and cut into 4ths
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup butter, melted
21 oz can cherry pie filling, divided

Steps:

  • Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Cover the bottom of your crock pot with one of your packages of biscuits
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until it is just combined
  • Take half of your mixture and sprinkle over the top your biscuits
  • Cover evenly with half of your cherry pie filling
  • Repeat your layers.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 - 3 hours (it is done when your biscuits are golden brown)

1/2 cup sugar
32 oz cherry juice
2 cups everclear (or vodka)

Steps:

  • Combine cherries, sugar and cherry juice in the crock pot, stir until combined
  • Cook on low for 1-2 hours until sugar dissolves
  • Allow to cool, once cool pour in everclear
  • Store in mason jars or sealed containers
