BAKED TURKEY BURGERS RECIPE
Baked Turkey Burgers - Cooking turkey burgers in the oven is EASY! It locks in juices and there's less mess!

Steps:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking dish (big enough to fit 4 turkey patties without touching) with olive oil
- Season both sides of turkey patties with salt and pepper if you wish, and place them in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
- White turkey patties are baking, fry your turkey bacon in a skillet. See above for tips for frying bacon!
- This is also a good time to mix up your fiesta mayo (or other condiment/sauce you wish to make).
- When turkey burgers have reached 30 minutes, the internal temperature of each burger should be 165 degrees, before consuming.
- If turkey burgers are to 165, place one slice of cheese on each burger and place back in the oven for seconds (or a few minutes) to allow the cheese to melt.
- Remove burgers from oven and build turkey club by stacking on a brioche bun, bacon, lettuce, tomato and fiesta mayo! Enjoy!

JUICY BAKED TURKEY BURGERS WITH GARLIC
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400 F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook, stirring, until the onion is tender and begins to brown. Add the minced garlic and continue cooking, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Combine the ground turkey thighs and breast with the breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, lemon or lime juice, beaten egg, Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, and the onion and garlic mixture. Mix until the ingredients are well blended.
- Shape the turkey mixture into 8 (4 3/4-ounce) burgers. Arrange the burgers on the prepared baking pan.
- Bake the burgers in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle and cooked through.
- Serve these flavorful burgers on buns with your choice of fixings.

TURKEY QUINOA BAKED BURGERS

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bring water and quinoa to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until quinoa is tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Combine cooked quinoa, onion mixture, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, eggs, barbeque sauce, hot sauce, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Whisk together. Add ground turkey and mix well with hands. Form patties and place in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix remaining 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar together in a bowl to make a paste. Spoon on top of the patties.
- Bake patties in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 35 to 45 minutes.

- Mix together the turkey, parsley, cumin, paprika, garlic, shallots and egg yolk in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and, using your hands, shape into 12 small burgers about 3 1/2 inches wide.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and gently fry the onion for 5 mins until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Add the oats and fry for 2 mins more. Tip into a bowl and set aside to cool.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the cooled mixture and mix well with your hands. Season to taste and shape into 8 patties.
- Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and sear the burgers on each side until well coloured (3-4 mins). Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10-15 mins. Serve in rolls with Tangy tomato chutney (see 'goes well with') and cucumber slices.
- For the chutney heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add 1 finely chopped onion. Cook for 5 mins until softened. Stir in 1 crushed garlic clove and cook for a further min. Add 1 tbsp sundried tomato paste, a 400g can good-quality chopped tomatoes and a pinch of sugar. Gently cook for 20-25 mins until rich and thick. Season to taste, then leave to cool before serving.
