COOKIES 'N' CREAM CAKE MIX COOKIES RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, sandwich cookies, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
• Using an ice cream scoop or your hand, form golf ball-sized balls of cookie dough and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
• Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.

CAKE MIX BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment; grease paper. In a large bowl, beat chocolate cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk until blended; batter will be thick. Reserve 1/4 cup batter for topping. Spread remaining batter into prepared pan. Bake 6 minutes. Meanwhile, in a microwave, melt caramel bits and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk; stir until smooth. Sprinkle hot chocolate crust with semisweet chips; pour caramel mixture over top. Set aside. In another large bowl, beat yellow cake mix, egg and 1/2 cup softened butter until combined; batter will be thick. Reserve half for topping. Crumble remaining mixture over caramel layer. Bake 6 minutes. In a microwave, melt sweetened condensed milk, milk chocolate chips and the remaining 1 tablespoon softened butter; stir until smooth. Pour over yellow cake layer. Sprinkle with reserved yellow and chocolate cake batters. Bake until top is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease bottom of 9x13 pan.
• In bowl combine ingredients as directed on the back of the brownie mix box. Add 1 cup crushed oreos. Mix well.
• Pour in pan and bake 24-26 minutes or until done.
• Cool completely.
• Spread frosting (should only need 1/2 a can) over cake.
• Sprinkle remaining crushed oreos over top.

• In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth; set aside. For brownie layer, combine the butter, sugars and cocoa in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to cocoa mixture. Stir in crushed cookie crumbs., Pour into a greased 11x7-in. baking pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped cookies. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle cookies over batter.
• Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
• In small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over brownies. For brownies, cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store covered at room temperature.
