1 (6 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup regular Coke
10 ounces btl maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add coke, cherries and pecans.
Place in serving dish.
Refrigerate until firm.

Coca-Cola Jello Salad is a jiggly, fruity treat studded with chopped tart cherries and crushed pineapple, with a bit of kick from the Coca-Cola. It's especially fun made in a jello mold!

Ingredients

21 ounces cherry pie filling
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 boxes cherry gelatin powder (or strawberry, raspberry, or black cherry) (3 ounces each)
1 cup coca cola
20 ounces crushed pineapple

Steps:

Combine the cherry pie filling, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil just long enough to dissolve the sugar, about 2 minutes.
Stir in both packages of gelatin powder until dissolved. Cool for at least 30-45 minutes in the fridge, but be sure not to forget and let it set.
When the jello is cool but has not begun to set yet, pour in the coca-cola and crushed pinapple, stirring to combine.
Pour the jello into a jello mold or serving dish, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until completely set, at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve.

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup water
2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry gelatin
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
3/4 cup cola

Steps:

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set fruit aside. In a saucepan or microwave, bring pineapple juice and water to a boil. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Stir in pie filling and cola. , Pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in reserved pineapple. Refrigerate until firm.

1 (30 ounce) can dark sweet cherries (large can)
1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
10 ounces Coke
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Steps:

Boil juice from cherries, dissolve jello in juice, cool.
Blend cream cheese with small amount of the jello mixture.
Pour coke into rest of jello mixture.
Blend cheese mixture with coke stuff.
Add cherries and drained pineapple.
Mold and chill.

1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges (Drain; set juice aside)
1 (28 ounce) can dark pitted cherries (Drain; set juice aside)
12 ounces Coke
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

Use Juices from fruit instead of water to make jello-- once it's hot, add Coke.
Put in Mixing bowl and add cream cheese, fruit, and nuts.
Pour into mold and allow it to set.
