Steps:
- Wash your cilantro, remove from the stems, and chop cilantro.
- Blend ranch mix, buttermilk, sour cream, and mayo in a blender or food processor a little bit at a time until well mixed.
- Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately

CHUYS TANGY JALAPENO DIP
I love Chuy's dip and wanted a recipe. I took all the recipes I could find, bought some of the real stuff and made a bunch of batches. This is the closest i could get. No one can beat the real thing. You can adjust the jalepenos according to your taste. Also if you want a smoother texture, everything can be thrown in the blender after step 1. The longer is sits, the hotter it gets.

Steps:
- Mix mayo, milk and ranch mix. Let stand for at least an hour.
- Chop chilies, jalapenos, and cilantro together.
- Mix in salt, garlic powder, and lime.
- Add chile mixture to ranch.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- The longer it sits, the hotter it gets.
COPYCAT CHUY'S CREAMY JALAPENO DIP
This is one of my favorite dips ever! I could eat it for a meal, really! I like it best with On The Border Cantina Thins. When I first made it, I followed another recipe but found it unlike the original Chuy's dip, so I altered it and I think this is right on the money! Make sure you add the milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency. (Most of the copycat recipes I've seen are thick, but I remember it being thin at Chuy's.) My husband high-fived me when he first tasted it. Enjoy!

- 1. Finely chop the garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro (you can use a blender or food processor but I like the little chunks).
- 2. Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, buttermilk and stir.
- 3. Add milk 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency (about 1 cup total).
- Refrigerate until serving (best if made a day ahead).

This recipe supposedly comes from a former Chuy's employee. When I first got the recipe, the ingredient quanities were huge! Plus it's very different from the other copycat recipes out there. All this (plus the great taste) lead me to believe it's the real McCoy.
