BEST HOMEMADE CHUNKY APPLESAUCE
If you love all things apples, you will enjoy eating this super easy to make applesauce. Cortlands or fresh seasonal apples are what you want to use to make this recipe! - To a saucepot, combine the apples (peeled and chopped) with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low to medium heat, uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Once the apples are soft, remove the pot from the heat and roughly mash with a potato masher or fork**. Enjoy!

- Using a blender, food processor, or potato masher, break down the apples, making sure to keep the consistency somewhat chunky. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
