STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES

Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes image

I adapted this tomato appetizer from a stuffed mushroom recipe that I've used for years. The tasty little treats always win compliments-they're perfect at parties or for potlucks and salad luncheons. Best of all, although it looks as if you slaved over them for hours, they are really very easy to prepare! -Donna Smith, Grey Cliff, Montana

CHERRY STUFF

Cherry Stuff image

I dated a guy that had fond memories of having this dessert at holidays with his family. When I first heard of it, it sounded kind of weird, but I figured I'd give it a shot. It is actually pretty good! It makes a TON. You can't really cut the recipe in half, unless you make your own pie filling, because I think pie filling only comes in one size. Cook time is chilling time.
