CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS
These cherry chocolate chip bars are made with wholesome ingredients and are vegan friendly, as well as refined sugar free and gluten free. Perfect and simple dessert to make and share all summer long!

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8×8″ pan with parchment paper or lightly grease and set aside. Blend together dry ingredients-flour, arrowroot, baking soda, and salt. Add maple syrup, water, coconut oil, and vanilla, mixing just until combined. Dough should be moist and malleable, like a soft cookie dough. If dough is dry, add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of water until it comes together. Stir in chocolate and pitted cherries.
- Press dough evenly into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or just until edges begin to brown. Center will be a little soft, but will firm up as it cools.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 10 x 15 pan.
- Combine butter, eggs, sugars and extracts in a large bowl and beat at medium until well blended.
- Combine flour, soda and cinnamon and mix into creamed mixture until just blended.
- Stir in pie filling and chocolate chips.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
- Cut into 2 1/2 x 2 inch bars.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- With a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat all bar ingredients, besides cherries, chocolate chips, and egg whites. Start on low scraping sides as needed, turn to medium once ingredients are combined and beat for two minutes.
- Add egg whites and beat again on medium for two minutes.
- Stir in cherries and chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean in the center. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- To make frosting, beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Spread frosting onto cooled bars. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips desired. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 375°F Grease 12 muffin pan cups or line with paper liners.
- In large bowl, combine flour, 1 3/4 cups chocolate morsels, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in cherries.
- In small bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg until well blended.
- Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups until full.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate morsels.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.

- Place the cookie mix, cherries, butter and egg in a large bowl; beat until well mixed. Shape into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets.
