- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine soups, milk, 3/4 cup cheese, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt. Stir in noodles, vegetable blend and corn. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake until heated through, 45-50 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook green beans and broccoli and cauliflower until tender crisp, per package directions.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix green beans, broccoli and cauliflower, soup, garlic powder, milk, 1 ½ cups cheese, and half of the crispy onions. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining crispy onions and bake an additional 10 minutes.

- Add the pasta to a large saucepan, along with the vegetables, milk, veggie stock, and dried herbs. Mix well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for around 15 minutes, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened. You'll need to stir regularly, especially when the pasta is nearly cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove from the heat, and add the grated cheese and plenty of salt and pepper. Mix well until the cheese has melted to produce a thick, glossy sauce. Serve topped with fresh chives, if desired.

- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until no longer pink. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in VELVEETA; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until melted.
- Drain noodles; place on platter. Top with chicken mixture and Parmesan.
