4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
  • 55 min. or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 eggs
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 25 min. or until top is shiny and center is almost set.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture carefully over brownie layer in pan. (Filling will come almost to top of pan.)
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen sides; cool dessert completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cheesecake. Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

⅓ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Prepare the brownie mix as directed by manufacturer. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on box. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Swirl together using a knife or skewer.

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, plus 1 teaspoon
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch cayenne pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat melt the butter, chocolate and cocoa powder. Transfer to a large bowl. Add sugar, eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, flour, and cayenne. Using a hand-held electric mixer beat until well combined.
  • Spread batter into a buttered and floured 8 by 8-inch pan.
  • In a medium bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Dollop the cheese mixture on top of the batter in the pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.

Steps:

  • I would use my own brownie recipe but you can use a box mix.
  • Prepare the brownie mix as directed on package.
  • Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on med.
  • speed until smooth.
  • Add sugar, mixing until blended.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  • Prepare the brownie batter and pour into greased springform pan.
  • Bake until set, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and sugar until incorporated. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, and beat again until smooth.
  • Remove brownies and lower oven temperature to 325˚F (165˚C).

1-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 45 wafers)
6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
6 tablespoons baking cocoa
6 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup baking cocoa
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups crumbled brownies
Whipped topping and pecan halves, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, confectioners' sugar and cocoa; stir in the butter.   • Make the cheesecake layer first. In a stand mixer fit with the paddle attachment beat all the cheesecake ingredients together until combined, about 2 minutes.
  • Now make the brownie layer. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Remove from microwave, stir in sugar. Microwave the mixture for 30 more seconds. Stir again and melt for 60 seconds more.
  • Remove mixture from the microwave and stir the bittersweet chocolate into the hot mixture to melt it completely. If the chocolate doesn’t melt completely, put it in the microwave for another 15 seconds.
  • Add eggs and egg yolk and the vanilla extract, beating until combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix until combined.
  • Remove a 1/2 cup of the brownie batter and place it in a separate bowl. Add two tablespoons of water to the 1/2 cup of batter and whisk together to thin it out.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it into an even layer. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer. Drop the remaining thinned out brownie batter onto the cheesecake and use a knife to create a few big swirls.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the brownies comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool completely and place in the fridge for an hour for the cheesecake to set.
