BUFFALO HUMMUS
This buffalo hummus recipe is everything you love about classic hummus...kicked up a big notch. ;)

Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender (*starting with only 4 tablespoons of hot sauce, if you don't like much heat). Pulse until combined. Taste, and add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.
- Serve with your desired dippers, garnished with optional toppings if desired.

Steps:
- Add the chickpeas, hot sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and some salt and pepper to a food processor and pulse until combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary, then transfer to a serving bowl. Top with the blue cheese, diced celery and celery leaves. Stir to combine just before serving. Serve with pita chips or celery sticks for dipping.
