1/2 stick(s) margarine
1 package(s) 8oz cream cheese
2 package(s) (3 1/2 oz) vanilla istant pudding
3 1/2 cup(s) whole milk
1 - 12 oz bowl of cool whip
1 bag(s) gummy worms

Steps:

PUT OREO'S IN BLENDER TO MAKE CRUMBS...
MIX OREO CRUMBS,MARGARINE,SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE,PUDDING MIX,MILK IN A BOWL...
THEN FOLD IN COOL WHIP AND WORMS (LEAVE 3 OR 4 WORMS OUT FOR THE TOP) AND PUT IT IN A KIDS PLAY SAND BUCKET ADD THE 3 OR 4 WORMS TO THE TOP AND SERVE WITH A PLAY SHOVEL!!!

Crush Oreos. You can do this in a food processor, or place in a zip-top bag. If using a bag, press excess air out and seal completely before pounding.
Spread half of the Oreo crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. If making individual portions place 2 tablespoons of crumbs in each cup.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add cream cheese and mix well.
