Large breakfast burrito made by a number of local Mexican Restaurants. Refried beans, Cheddar cheese, Potato, 2 Eggs, 1 slice Bacon, Chorizo, all in Flour tortilla.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

2 ounces refried beans
1 ounce cheddar cheese
2 ounces potatoes
2 large eggs
1 slice bacon
1 ounce chorizo sausage
1 flour tortilla

Steps:

Pan-fry potatoes until 1/3rd done.
Add chorizo, fry until all 3/4 cooked.
Add eggs, scramble.
Fry bacon.
put all in flour tortilla, add cheese.
