Steps:
- Lay seaweed sheet on a flat surface with the long side closest to you.
- Gently spread a light layer of salsa over entire sheet.
- At one inch from the edge of the sheet, add ingredients in layers. It should make a line parallel to the long side of the seaweed.
- Starting from the edge closest to the you, gently fold seaweed sheet over filling, lightly pressing to form a roll. Continue rolling.
- Slice roll in one inch pieces. Each roll should make from 6 to 8 finished rolls.
- Tip: Place some plastic wrap down on your work surface before you lay the nori down. It prevents it from sticking to anything. Plus, when it comes time to roll, use the plastic to stop your hands from sticking.

Steps:
- If you only have a certain amount of time before work or school, simply cook the sushi rice the night before so you can just pop it into the microwave for 30-45 secs.
- Fry 1 slice of Spam. While spam is frying take the microwaved rice and pure the Sushi Seasoning on it and mix it around.
- When Spam is ready cut it in half and set aside. Batter 2 eggs at a time and fry the 2 battered eggs.
- Start laying a the rice on the seaweed and flatten it out in a think layer.
- Put the 2 halves of spam on top of the rice. (one on top and one on the bottom) Cut the fried egg in half and place the egg on top of the spam. (since the egg is a little big on the curve, fold it in half.
- Then roll.
- Repeat the steps for the next roll. (If you used this recipe you will get at least 4 rolls. if you don't want that much lessen the ingredients. It'll take about an hour in total if just now cooking the rice.) HOPE YOU ENJOY THE BREAKFAST SUSHI!

- Rinse and drain the sushi rice three times. In a small bowl, add the sushi rice and water. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes, covered.
- Mix the rice according to the directions below. Once the rice is mixed, form them in the nigiri moulds. To do so, wet your hands and dip the nigiri moulds in water before adding in the rice. Note that the black pepper cream cheese and cinnamon maple syrup rice mixtures tend to be a bit stickier than regular sushi rice. Once you remove the rice from the nigiri moulds, if needed, wet your hands with water and smooth out the sides.
BREAKFAST SUSHI WITH BACON, EGG, AND CHEESE - MYRECIPES

- Cook the rice according to its packaging. While it's cooking, mix together the caper brine, sugar, and rice wine vinegar. Once the rice is cooked, spread it in to a glass or wooden bowl and dribble in the caper mixture, tossing the rice around to get it evenly distributed. Set this aside, covered with a damp paper towel.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the topping in a pan and toast over medium heat until fragrant, then set aside.
- Combine the egg ingredients and beat vigorously until combined. Grease and heat a tamago pan over medium heat, or just use a nonstick pan if you don't care about authenticity. Add just enough of the egg mixture to coat the pan, allow it too cook up. Remove the pan from the heat and then use chopsticks or a spatula to fold the very thin omelet to one side of the pan. Add more egg mixture, and then lift the folded omelet ever so slightly to allow the egg mixture to creep under it. Return to the heat and repeat the process, folding in the opposite direction. If it looks crummy, that's okay, you aren't a highly skilled Japanese chef, and neither am I. The main thing is that you want to create many layers of egg and you don't want it to scorch. You could just scramble the eggs if you want, but that's not what I'm here to do. Once all the egg has been used, set the omelet aside, allow it to cool slightly and the cut in to logs
- Get ready to roll: Lay out your sushi mat with a piece of nori on top. Wet your hands and evenly spread the rice over the nori. Flip it over, and arrange the bacon, egg logs, and cheese in the center of the roll. Roll it up and crimp. Cut the roll in to 6 or 8 pieces and top with the "everything" topping.
