BREAKFAST POPSICLES
Healthy cool way to start the morning. Filled with yogurt, fruit, granola and peanut butter. We have been having a HOT summer. A friend suggested we make "Breakfast Popsicles." They came out so good that we have been making them every week. No need to use exact measurements since it really is to taste but this is close.

Yield 10 Popsicles depending on size of mold, 10 serving(s)

Steps:
- Mix bananas, yogurt and peanut butter. Set aside. Divide sliced fruit into molds filling them half full. Top with spoonful of banana mixture. Tap molds on counter to distribute banana mixture into the bottom of the mold. Add a layer of granola and top with more banana mixture to the top of the mold. Tap again to get out any air pockets. Place sticks in mold and freeze.
- We've branched out and tried adding a ribbon of peanut butter to mixed reviews. Cinnamon is a crowd favorite. Have fun. Be creative. Enjoy!
