- In a small bowl, mix mustard, honey, mayonnaise and steak sauce., Grill bratwurst, covered, over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°, turning occasionally; brush frequently with mustard mixture during the last 5 minutes. Serve on buns.

- In a small saucepan, combine mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, chili powder smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook over medium low heat for 25 minutes.
- Add coconut aminos, coconut oil and liquid smoke. Cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from stove. Chill until ready to serve.

ROAST HAM WITH SWEET MUSTARD GLAZE
Steps:
- Slice the surface of the ham about 1-inch deep on the diagonal from left to right, spacing each slice about 1 1/2inches apart. Then go back and slice diagonally from right to left spacing each slice about 1 1/2 inches apart to form a diamond pattern. Put a whole clove in the center of each diamond.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the ham in a roasting pan fitted with a rack. Add the vegetable broth to the bottom of the roasting pan. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- While the ham is cooking combine all the glaze ingredients in a pot, and reduce by half over medium-low heat.
- After 1 1/2 hours remove the ham from the oven and generously baste with the sweet mustard glaze. Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 10 minutes.
- After the ham has cooked for 2 hours and has become golden brown and caramelized remove it from the oven, to a cutting board, cover with foil and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
CHICKEN STRIP WRAP WITH SWEET MUSTARD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the chicken breasts from the bone and discard the skin. Cut each breast into 10 strips.
- Whisk the egg and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl and set aside. Mix the flour, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper, to taste, in a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat, set aside. Put the bread crumbs in a shallow dish or pie plate. Remove the chicken from the bag and shake off the excess flour. Coat the chicken in the egg, than dredge in the panko bread crumbs. Arrange the strips in a single layer, on a baking sheet, allowing space in between each strip.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- For the Sweet Mustard sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine the mustard, mayonnaise and the brown sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves completely.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable. Lay a tortilla flat onto a work surface. Place about 5 chicken strips onto the tortilla. Drizzle with the sweet mustard sauce and top with cheese, lettuce and pickle. Roll up the tortilla and put on a serving platter. Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.

- In large skillet brown bratwursts. Remove to plate and place in oven at 200 degrees. Do not clean the pan.
- Poke potatoes several times with prongs of a fork Wrap loosely in paper towels and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Cut potatoes in large bite size chunks. Add potatoes to Ziploc bag and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Shake to coat. Heat same skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes; stirring several times. Turn heat to medium low. Add onions to skillet with potatoes and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are starting to brown; stirring several times. Add cabbage to skillet; cook for 10 minutes. Stirring several times. Pour 1/4 of the mustard vinegar sauce in pan with potato/cabbage mixture cooking 1-2 minutes before repeating. Repeat process until all the sauce is gone.
