Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place 2 tablespoons honey in a small, microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup and microwave for 15 seconds. In a large bowl, mix the honey with the remainder of the ingredients.
- Place the mixture on a parchment covered baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Allow to cool fully, then gently break apart the almonds. Store in an airtight container.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Pour the liqueurs and cream into a cocktail shaker with ice.

TOASTED ALMOND
One of my favorites! Actually I think last night I may have had one too many. They taste so good, you forget what it is. And you get all the calcium you need for the day. What a drink! This is supposed to be made with half and half, but its too heavy for me, so I use low-fat milk. Ingredient amounts can be adjusted to personal preference.

- Place the nuts in a dry skillet (no oil) over medium heat. Heat, shaking the pan and stirring often with a wooden spoon, until the nuts are fragrant and golden brown (if sliced or slivered), about 4 to 5 minutes. Stay at the stove because the nuts can easily burn! Remove immediately from the heat and transfer to a plate to stop the cooking.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 7 to 8 minutes until fragrant and golden brown (if sliced or slivered), stirring once. Do not stray far from the oven, since the nuts can go from toasted to burned quickly. Remove immediately and transfer to a plate to stop the cooking.
- Use immediately. Or, allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week and refrigerated at least 2 months. (You also can extend the life by freezing nuts.)
