This is the best tasting cheese ball I've ever had. It's actually more along the lines of a dip except that it forms into a ball. The Accent is the ingredient that gives it extra appeal. - Chop green pepper and green onion as fine as possible.
- Drain pineapple repeatedly (the more moisture you can get out of it the better your cheeseball will form).

- Form into a ball and, if desired, roll in chopped pecans.
- Chill until ready to serve.
