The whole family will enjoy this cool strawberries-and-cream pudding dessert.

Steps:
- Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter in 13- x 9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread onto crust; top with strawberries. Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Spread with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
- For an extra special touch, garnish with additional sliced fresh strawberries just before serving.Variation: Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia® Neufchâtel Cheese; fat-free milk, and Cool Whip® Lite Whipped Topping.Each serving of regular recipe provides: 8%DV vitamin A, 35%DV vitamin C, 8%DV calcium, and 2%DV iron. - Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Press firmly into bottom of pan.
- Refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
- Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
- Spread over crust.
- Top with strawberry halves.
- Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into large bowl.
- Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
- Pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
- Garnish with additional strawberries and fresh mint.
BERRIED DELIGHT
What a delicious dessert for those fresh strawberries of the season!! You can jazz it up with additional sliced fresh strawberries on top just before serving. Another quick garnish would be to drizzle with 2 Tbsp. hot fudge dessert topping just before serving.

Pour 3 1/2 cups mik into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping over pudding just before cutting into pieces to serve. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
