BAKED BEANS WITH SECRET INGREDIENT
This is another recipe I served at our daughter's wedding dinner. My best friend gave this to me and I wasn't too sure about it until I tasted them.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef with salt, onion, and green pepper. Drain grease.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SOUTHERN GEORGIA PEACHY BAKED BEANS
This is a nice change of pace from usual brown sugar baked beans (not that there's anything wrong with them). Nice for cook outs and summer fun. Can be made ahead and heated through or serve cold. Try peach nectar in place of apple juice. I know, I know...Great Northern beans in a Southern bean recipe? Remember, it's only the name of the beans.

- Cook bacon, drain and crumble.
- Clean and pit peach, dice.
- Dice onion.
- Add all ingredients to saucepan.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Serve.
- Garnish with more crumbled bacon or chopped green onions.

Delicious baked beans with the surprising secret ingredient. I take these to potluck events all the time and they are always a hit! I prefer Bush's Original® baked beans.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Drain pineapple reserving 1/3 cup juice.
- Combine ketchup, reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, and ground mustard in a large casserole dish. Stir baked beans, sausage, and crushed pineapple into the ketchup mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes.
