Bacon Jalapeno Cheese Dip Recipes
CHEESY BACON JALAPENO POPPER DIP
This warm, spicy, cheesy jalapeno popper dip is loaded with all the familiar flavors from your favorite appetizer, in an easy to make dip form!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside. I use my quiche pan, but any shallow baking dish will work.
- Add softened cream cheese and mayo to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and combined. Add 1/2 the bacon, jalapenos, green chiles, cumin, and mexican and mozzarella cheeses.
- Transfer to prepared dish, smooth out with a rubber spatula.
- Combine melted butter, panko, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the dip. Sprinkle remaining bacon pieces over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until panko is lightly golden brown and dip is bubbling.
- If desired, top cooked dip with slices of fresh jalapeno. Serve hot.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook the bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate with a slotted spoon. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the drippings.
- Mix together the cream cheese, Cheddar, sour cream, milk, vinegar, jalapenos, bacon and reserved drippings in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the scallions before serving.

This has all the flavor of jalapeno poppers in an easy to make dip! I have mixed the Parmesan cheese in with the dip and omitted the cracker and butter topping, but baked as usual, too.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- Stir bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, and jalapeno peppers together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
- Mix crackers, Parmesan cheese, and butter together in a bowl; spread over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

- Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and all seasonings to a large bowl. Stir until combined. Stir in 1 cup sharp cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, jalapenos, and all but 2 tablespoons bacon (the remaining bacon will be a garnish). Spoon into an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish or 10” skillet and spread into an even layer. Evenly top with remaining cheeses.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and panko together. Evenly spread over cheese layer. At this point you can cover and refrigerate and bake later OR you can proceed to bake.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for 25-30 min. or until cheese is completely melted and dip is hot throughout. Turn oven to broil and broil without changing oven rack position for 3-5 minutes or until panko is golden.
