COCONUT CREAM PIE DIP

This sweet and silky Coconut Cream Pie Dip calls for only 6 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time. It's no bake so it's a great little treat in the summer when you don't want to turn on the oven. Great for parties, too!

Ingredients

3 ounce box instant coconut cream Jell-O pudding
2 cups whole milk
8 ounces cream cheese (, softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce container Cool Whip topping (, thawed)
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
toasted coconut flakes (, for serving)
graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or banana, (for serving)

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the pudding powder and milk; whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until very thick. Set aside.
In another large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined and fluffy; add in the Cool Whip and continue to mix until combined. Fold in the sweetened coconut flakes.
Combine the pudding mixture with the Cool Whip mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to thicken and set completely.
Sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes over the top and serve with graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or banana!

1 can (15 oz.) cream of coconut
1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

Mix cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with whisk until blended.
Stir in COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

I got this recipe from my local grocer's. They were giving samples of the dip. It was very simple and good so I asked for it. I have made it several times since. It has been a super hit.

8 oz cream cheese,softened
16 oz cool whip, thawed
1 bottle coco real cream of coconut, found only in alcohol section

Steps:

1. Mix cream cheese and cool whip in large with wire whisk until well blended. Add Coco Real Cream of Coconut. Stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit slices or graham Crackers.

I love the flavor of coconut but am not crazy about flaked coconut. This recipe gives me just what I love! Terrific when served with fresh fruit slices, graham crackers, and/or graham sticks. Cook time is actually chilling time.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

Mix cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Add Cool Whip.
Stir gently until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or until well chilled.
Note: Can garnish with toasted flake coconut just before serving.
