Steps:
- Whisk heavy whipping cream until you reach soft peaks.
- Blend the strawberries, avocados and condensed milk.
- Mix everything into the whipped cream and add powdered sugar.
- Place the mix into the avocado shells and add a thin slice of strawberry on top.
- As an option, put leftovers in a bowl with slices of strawberry.
- Freeze for two hours.
- Enjoy!

- Put the strawberries (save four pieces for the top), avocado, vinegar and vanilla in a bowl and blitz using a hand blender (or in a food processor) until as smooth as you can get it. Have a taste and only add the maple syrup if the strawberries are not sweet enough.
- Pour into containers, add a strawberry to each, cover with cling film and freeze. Allow the pots to soften for 5-10 mins before eating.

- Peel the very ripe avocado -- the softer ones work better for this.
- Place everything in a food processor and run until smooth.
- If you have a sweetener in the yogurt you may skip the added sugar, or use stevia to make this sugar free. I use stevia, but this is the original recipe.

- Peel and pit the avocados. Add the avocados, lemon juice, milk, and sugar to a blender and puree. Transfer the mixture to a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whisk to combine. Place the mixture into the refrigerator and chill until it reaches 40 degrees F or below, approximately 4 to 6 hours.
- Process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. However, this mixture sets up very fast, so count on it taking only 5 to 10 minutes to process. For soft ice cream, serve immediately. If desired, place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours for firmer texture.

- Combine the frozen strawberries, yogurt, honey and avocado in the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of the chopped fresh strawberries into each of 12 small paper cups. Fold the remaining chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture. Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the strawberries in each paper cup. Carefully insert an ice-pop stick into each pop. Freeze until solid, about an hour. Peel the paper cups off to serve.
