SUSIE'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spread bread pieces out in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared dish; top with sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, egg mixture, and Cheddar cheese, respectively. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Remove casserole from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake casserole in the preheated oven until bubbling and hot throughout, about 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)
- Get a large bowl, whisk the eggs, and milk salt mustard together
- Cook the bacon over medium heat in a skillet and stir it intermittently
- Proceed to chop the bread and bacon into cubes
- Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish
- Sprinkle over the bacon
- Add cheddar cheese on top
- Pour the egg mixture over the top
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Bake it for 45 - 60 mins and serve

AUNT SUE'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
This is a family favorite that was given to us by my wife's aunt.

- Cook the sausage and drain it. In a 9x13 glass pan break the slices of bread into pieces. Put the drained sausage over the bread. Beat the eggs well then add the milk and mix some more. Then fold in the cheese. Pour this mixture over the bread and sausage. Put aluminum foil or plastic wrap over the mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- Break up the sausage as it cooks, letting it brown completely. Drain excess grease.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and spread them out in the bottom of a 9 × 13 inch baking dish, pressing the seams together to make one large sheet of dough.
- Spread the sausage over the dough.
- Then add the cheese on top of the sausage.
- In a medium bowl whisk the eggs with the milk, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is a nice golden brown and the eggs are set.

AUNT SUSAN'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Steps:
- grease a 9x13 pan. put half the cubed bread pieces in the bottom of the pan. layer on top bacon, then cheddar, then swiss, then the rest of the bread. mix the eggs, milk, onion salt, mustard, and worcestershire in a medium-sized bowl. pour mixture over ingredients in the pan (soaking them). Refrigerate overnight. Morning of: Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter, and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
