  • Thruster. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, a heavier dumbbell in each hand on the tops of your shoulders, palms in, elbows bent. Bend your knees and push your hips back as you lower into a squat.
  • Skater Hop. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly, then jump to the right as far as you can, leading with your right foot and swinging your left leg just behind your right.
  • Alternating Forward to Lateral Raise. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, a lighter dumbbell in each hand, arms resting along the front of your legs, palms in.
  • Lateral Lunge. Stand with your feet together, a heavier dumbbell in each hand on the tops of your shoulders, palms in. Take a big step (about two feet) out to the right.
  • Plank Jack. Start in a high plank, shoulders stacked directly above your wrists, hands shoulder-width apart, palms flat, legs extended behind you, core and glutes engaged.
