Steps:
- Place the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine. Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

EASY EASY EASY. If you like maraschino cherries you can use them, if not remember there are maraschino cherries in your fruit cocktail. Also, a little juice from the maraschino cherries will color your fruit salad a festive red.

Steps:
- Peel the oranges, taking care to remove all the white pith. Slice the oranges over a bowl or storage container so that you catch any juice, and add the slices to the bowl. Circular slices look prettiest, hold together best, and are easiest.
- Add the pineapple and coconut to the orange slices and gently toss. The ambrosia can be refrigerated up to two days, covered.
- When ready to serve, slice the banana and toss it with other fruits. Add the cherries last.
- Serve the ambrosia in your prettiest glass bowl. It will become a tradition.

- Add coconut to fruit cocktail mix and stir till blended. Mix 1/2 c. mayo. With 2T reserved fruit cocktail juice. When ready to serve, mix fruit & mayonnaise mixture together and serve over salad greens.

Stir in 1/2 cup coconut until blended. Chill until ready to serve.In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons reserved syrup until blended. Set mayonnaise mixture aside until ready to serve.To serve, place salad greens in a salad bowl. Add well-drained fruit mixture and mayonnaise mixture toss lightly until all ingredients are lightly coated.Garnish with additional coconut.Serve with roast beef sandwiches, hot dogs or spaghetti with meatballs.
