Steps:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a greased baking casserole dish.
- Bake, covered, for 10 minutes at 350.
- Remove cover and bake an additional 25-30 minutes, or until cheese melts but does not burn.
- If you don't like your celery"crunchy" you'd want to brown it in some butter beforehand and then continue with recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a medium bowl, and pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over top, and cover with foil.
- Bake 50 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix bouillon granules, chopped parsley, and poultry seasoning; set aside.
- Layer in a slow cooker, in order. Canadian bacon, carrots, celery and onion.
- Add water. Remove skin, if desired, and excess fat from chicken; rinse and pat dry.
- Place meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle with half of the reserved seasoning mixture.
- Top with remaining chicken and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
- Stir soup and flour together; spoon over top. DO NOT STIR.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large heavy-based casserole pan on a medium high heat. Season the chicken and fry in 2 batches, stirring frequently until light golden (about 6-8 minutes).
- Scoop out onto a plate, reduce the heat to low and add another ½ tablespoon of oil if you need to. Add the onion, celery and carrot, season and fry for 6-8 minutes until soft but not coloured.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes until tender and the liquid has evaporated. Sprinkle in the flour; mix well.
- Pour in the wine and bubble for a few minutes, scraping the pan to deglaze. Once the wine has reduced by two-thirds, add the stock and the chicken. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until it’s cooked through and the sauce is a little thicker.
