It's Super Bowl time! This year celebrate with a gourmet menu and wow your guests with different appetizers. Alouette stuffed mushrooms are delicious and only three ingredients!

Number Of Ingredients 3

18 mushroom caps
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette garlic & herbs or 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette spinach & artichokes
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375º F.
  • Place mushroom caps hollow side up on baking sheet. Fill each cap with 1 teaspoons Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes. Garnish and serve.

I have made these for so many years. My grandchildren love them and now that they are grown up they asked me for the recipe. Many guest through the years have enjoyed the taste of these and remember those that said they didn't like mushrooms ate these and enjoyed the taste. I've asked my granddaughters to contiue keeping them in...

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 to 12 large mushrooms
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 c dried bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
dash of garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c sour cream
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Wipe clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and set aside.
  • 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop fine.
  • 3. In a medium skillet; saute chopped mushroom stems and onions in butter for five minutes.
  • 4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until all comes together.
  • 5. Remove from stove and fill bottoms of each mushroom and dip each mushroom in melted butter and place in a 9 x 12 oblong pan.
  • 6. Place pan in pre-heated of at 375 and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from oven and serve on a platter.
  • 8. NOTE: These make a great appetizer or a great side for any meal.

24 large fresh mushrooms
6 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop; set caps aside. In a skillet, saute chopped mushrooms in butter until tender, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the bread crumbs, soup mix and almonds. Stuff firmly into mushroom caps. , Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until tender.

I made this last night after having made Recipe #80675 the day before. So easy & so good. Can use Alouette, Rondele but it was so easy to make I recommend making your own.

Steps:

  • Clean mushrooms & remove stems. Place hollow side up on baking sheet. Fill each with 1 teaspoon of cheese & sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375@ for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
