AIR FRYER TURKEY BREAST
Our turkey breast recipe is seasoned with traditional seasonings but cooked in an untraditional way. Coooking the turkey in the air fryer adds some extra crispiness to the skin and we all know that is the best part!

Steps:
- Place the turkey breast on a large plate or baking sheet.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a small bowl and mix well to combine.
- Gently loosen the skin around the meat and rub about ⅔ of the butter mixture under the skin.
- Rub the remaining butter mixture over the outside of the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey, skin side down, in the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Carefully flip the turkey over and cook, skin side up, for 40 minutes more or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
- Remove the turkey to a ccutting board and tent with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Carve and serve.

PERFECT TURKEY BREAST ROAST IN THE AIR FRYER
Perfectly cooked turkey breast roast in an air fryer. Comes out juicy, flavorful, and tender.

Steps:
- Thaw frozen turkey breast in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
- Bring water to a boil and stir in kosher salt, brown sugar, and pepper. Remove brine from heat and let cool completely, about 30 minutes. Remove turkey breast from wrapper and leave netting in place if possible. Place turkey into a container and cover with cooled brine; add more water if necessary to completely cover, stirring to ensure brine is mixed with water. Let turkey brine for 8 hours, or overnight, in the refrigerator.
- Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Remove turkey and discard the brine. Pat turkey dry. Rub with butter and coat with seasoned salt and pepper.
- Cook turkey in the preheated air fryer for 15 minutes; turn, remove netting, and season once more. Reduce temperature to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C). Continue to cook for 20 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C), turn, and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes more. Remove turkey and let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

- If you really want crispy skin, start by preheating the air fryer, set the temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes.
- While the air fryer is preheating, add your spices to a small mixing bowl, then rub them onto the turkey thighs. Set them into the preheated air fryer basket (either side), set the timer for 12 minutes, and then flip the turkey thighs and air fry for another 12-15 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature of the turkey thighs remove when the meat thermometer reads 175 degrees F.
