AIR FRYER TOFU
This air fryer tofu recipe is extra crispy and full of flavor using just a handful of ingredients. Making tofu in the air fryer will be your new favorite method once you try this easy recipe.

Steps:
- Cube the drained and well pressed tofu and place in a bowl with arrowroot powder. Toss to combine.
- Add avocado oil, tamari, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and gently toss again until each piece of tofu is coated.
- Place tofu in air fryer either in the basket or on the trays depending on model.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes shaking basket or rotating trays half way through.
- Remove from the air fryer once finished and serve hot.

AIR FRYER TOFU
Steps:
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Make the tofu marinade. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the marinade and stir well.
- Add the tofu cubes and stir well.
- If you've got enough time, let the tofu marinade for about 10-20 minutes for a deeper flavor. If you're short on time, just let it marinade for a minute and then move on to the next step.
- Set your air fryer to 350 °F and air fry the tofu for 12-15 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally to promote even cooking.
- Serve the air fryed tofu immediately with vegan mayonnaise or aioli or with a salad.

Steps:
- Cut tofu lengthwise into 2 slabs. Cut each slab into two triangles.
- Mix bread crumbs and taco seasoning together in a shallow pan or plate. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow pan or plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Dip each tofu triangle into the beaten eggs. Dredge them in the bread crumb mixture. Gently press down to coat each side. Arrange in a single layer on a plate. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer on one side for 15 minutes. Flip each triangle and spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook until browned, about 10 minutes more. You may need to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer basket.

- Place tofu onto a plate lined with several paper towels. Cover with more paper towels and another plate. Set a 3- to 5-pound weight on top and press tofu for 30 minutes; drain and discard any accumulated liquid and cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl; mix well. Add tofu cubes and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Place tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes without shaking the fryer. Continue air frying, shaking occasionally, until browned, about 10 more minutes.
