SIMPLE AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS
No bells and whistles with this one, just delicious sprouts with crispy brown edges and soft insides. I've got a 10-quart fryer so if the sprouts look crowded in your basket, make two batches. Just place in a 170 degree F oven to keep warm.

- Place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cycle.

Steps:
- To make the glaze, combine miso, honey, garlic and ginger in a small bowl and whisk well; set aside.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F and spray the inner basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place salmon in the basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Pause the machine, spread the miso glaze over the salmon.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket, spreading them around the salmon; season with salt.

AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE
Steps:
- Preheat a 2.5-liter air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and toss to thoroughly coat. Pour the sprouts into the basket of the air fryer and spread out in an even, thin layer. Cook, tossing halfway through, until crispy with tender cores, about 12 minutes.
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar and garlic in a small bowl and stir to combine. Serve with the warm Brussels sprouts.

This recipe uses simple tricks to get a light, quick dinner for two on the table with the help of the air fryer. We cook the salmon and Brussels at the same time, and make a tangy lemon-honey dressing in the meantime. Pistachios, raisins, mint and dill add to the bright flavors of this speedy and delicious meal.

- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Combine the raisins and water in a small bowl and set aside to soak.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a medium bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of the olive oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Brush the salmon with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Place in the center of the air fryer basket and set the timer for 9 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip the salmon and distribute the sprouts around the fillets. Close the air fryer and finish cooking.
- Combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, mustard and a pinch of salt in a small bowl or in a jar with a tightly fitting lid and whisk or shake to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Drain the raisins and place them in a medium bowl. Add the sprouts, dill, mint and half of the dressing and toss to coat. Add more dressing to taste. Divide the sprouts between two plates and top with the pistachios and salmon fillets.
