Steps:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot and brown the ground veal with the onion. Add the water, celery, carrot, salt, and pepper. Cook for 60 minutes over low heat.
- Arrange the meat mixture in a casserole dish.
- Boil the potatoes with the celery root until tender (20 minutes).
- Dry the potatoes and celery root and mash them. Add the butter, the salt and pepper and the egg yolks.
- In a bowl beat the egg whites until firm; add to the potato mixture.
- Cover the meat mixture with the potato mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.

- Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and onions in a large bowl. Mix in hash browns. Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and top is crisp, about 45 minutes.

This is a very colorful dish, and a very tasty one. A dressing made from fresh herbs and spices give this vegetable dish a Moroccan flavor. It is a great vegan recipe!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika, cumin, and cayenne in a food processor bowl. Process until mixture forms a paste. Add herbs, and pulse a few times to blend. Add lemon juice, vinegar, and 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil; blend. Season to taste with salt.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, peppers, and celery. Season with salt, and toss with herb sauce. Transfer to a large shallow baking dish. Scatter tomatoes among the potato mixture. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons oil over top, and cover with foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Continue baking until vegetables are tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.

- Toss potatoes with butter and salt; arrange on the bottom and up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle beef and corn over potatoes. Combine the soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, onion and 1/2 cup cheese; pour over beef mixture. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
