30 MINUTE DINNER ROLLS
There is truly no smell as amazing as fresh warm bread or rolls coming out of the oven! These 30 minute dinner rolls are the perfect addition to any meal!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400*F.
- In a large bowl, combine 1 cup water, oil, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until yeast is bubbly (about 8 minutes). Stir in beaten egg, softened butter, and salt.
- With a stand mixer or by hand, add flour, one cup at a time until you have a soft dough that isn't sticky. Knead by hand 10 minutes or 5 minutes with a stand mixer.
- Divide dough into 18 even pieces, and form into balls. Place in a greased pan and cover with parchment paper and a kitchen towel.
- Let rise 10 minutes in a warm place. (You can allow them to rise up to an additional 30 minutes if time allows).
- Lightly brush with milk and bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes or just until browned.

Steps:
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Add in oil, salt, egg and flour until combined. (Add a little extra flour if dough is too sticky.)
- Shape immediately into about 15 rolls and place in a greased 9x13" cake pan. Let raise for about 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake rolls for about 15-20 minutes. Spread butter on the tops of cooked rolls for a finishing touch. Enjoy!

I made these one time to go with soup that we were having for dinner. I made the dough balls too big and/or let them rise too much and they ended up being huge, but they were good and they were easy to make.

Steps:
- Mix warm water, oil, sugar and yeast; let rest for 10 minutes until yeast activates.
- Add salt and beaten egg; blend well.
- Add flour, one cup at a time until soft dough if formed.
- Knead on a floured surface 5-10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Shape into small balls (walnut sized) and put into a greased baking pan.
- Let rise at least 5-10 minutes.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- *If you have more time, you can let the rolls rise in the pan until they have doubled in size.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, oil, yeast, and sugar; let rest for 5-10 minutes or until frothy and bubbly (you can also make this recipe without a stand mixer - just use a big bowl, a large wooden spoon, and all your arm strength).
- With a dough hook, mix in salt, egg and 2 cups of wheat flour until combined. Then add remaining flour - 1/2 cup at a time (dough will be sticky). Sometimes I need the full 3 ½ cups, sometimes I need less, and sometimes I need even more.
- Spray your hands with cooking spray and shape the dough into 12 balls.
- After shaped, place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let rest and rise for at least 10 minutes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.

- 3. Using your dough hook (OR HANDS), mix in the salt, egg and flour. Knead with hook until will incorporated and dough is soft and smooth. (Just a few minutes)
- 4. Form dough into 12 balls and then place in a greased 9 x 13 pan and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- 5. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
