3 LAYER ORANGE JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• 1. Make jello according to package directions minus 1/4 cup water.
• 2. Add drained pineapple and fruit cocktail. Mix evenly. Pour in 9x13 glass pan.
• 3. Put in fridge till set.
• 4. Next mix softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
• 5. Spread over Jello. Put back in fridge.
• 6. Mix sugar and flour, add eggs, lemon juice and 2 cups saved fruit juices. Add water as needed to make 2 cups.
• 7. Cook over med high heat, stirring constantly, till thickened, COOL, spread over Cool Whip layer.
• 8. Garnish with toasted, chopped pecans. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.

• 1. 1st layer: Prepare jello as directed on package. Let thicken, then add: 2 sliced bananas, pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, mini-marshmallows. use a 9x13 pan.
• 2. 2nd layer: combine l beaten egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup pineapple juice in small saucepan. Cook until thickens. Add 2 Tbsp. butter. Cool. Fold into 1 pint of whipped cream. Spread on top of jello.
• 3. 3rd layer: sprinkle shredded cheese on top, refrigerate.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberries until thawed. Pour in a greased 8-in. square dish; refrigerate until set., Drain oranges, reserving juice. In small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and reserved juice until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and mix well. Fold in oranges. Pour over raspberry layer; refrigerate until set. , In a large bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple; cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over orange layer. Refrigerate until set.
